This is a developmental training course for the 3-to-5-month-old puppy. Puppy kindergarten serves to socialize new puppies so that they may learn to handle stress and new situations well as an adult. A puppy class emphasizes socialization with people and other puppies. Instructors usually offer information on growth, nutrition, grooming, housebreaking and problem-solving and teach basic household commands. To insure that all puppies are healthy and protected from infectious disease, each puppy must be properly vaccinated and examined by a veterinarian at least 7 days before the starting classes.

Puppy Kindergarten is a program aimed at creating well-socialized, well-mannered, happy family dogs through early intervention. In Puppy Kindergarten, owners learn the basics of puppy ownership, how to socialize their puppies safely, how to teach basic commands and manners, and how to deal with the range of puppies issues that arise, such as house training, chewing, biting, jumping up, etc. Puppies in Puppy Kindergarten will receive positive exposure to people and other puppies in an environment that is safe and FUN!
